Rob Woodbridge
Wood
Meet Rob Woodbridge native of Tupper Lake, New York. Growing up in the Adirondacks, I was surrounded by the rugged beauty of the mountains and the rustic lifestyle that shaped my love for natural materials. I began working with wood at a young age, learning to see character and possibility in every grain. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, I continued to carry that sense of craftsmanship and discipline into my creative life. For more than twenty years, I was an active member of the Rutherfordton Visual Art Center in North Carolina, sharing my work and connecting with a vibrant community of makers. I now reside in Virginia, where I continue to create one‑of‑a‑kind rustic wooden lamps that reflect the landscapes and traditions that have inspired me since childhood.
