Pottery Studio Pass
Designed for makers who want regular access to our shared pottery studio, the Pottery Studio Pass gives you the freedom to work independently, practice skills, and create alongside fellow potters in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Pass Requirements & Application
An active Guild membership and studio orientation are required for independent access to the Pottery Studio.
To get started, complete our online application. Our Pottery Studio volunteers will review your experience and contact you to discuss orientation and the next steps.

Amanda Maishman
Pottery Instructor
Amanda Maishman is a pottery instructor and owner of Ceramic Sorcery. Inspired by nature and everyday creativity, she enjoys sharing her passion for pottery through welcoming, hands-on workshops at The Guild.
Pam McLeod
Pottery Instructor
Pam McLeod discovered her love of pottery in high school and continued exploring ceramics while pursuing a career in education and instructional design. Now retired, she enjoys creating functional pottery embellished with carving and decorative designs. With a lifelong passion for art and education, Pam loves sharing her knowledge and creativity with others through hands-on pottery instruction at The Guild.
Larry Lefew
Watercolor Instructor
Larry Leffew is a watercolor artist whose detailed paintings capture the beauty and tranquility of nature. His artwork features wildlife, peaceful landscapes, and woodland scenes, combining earthy tones, vibrant highlights, and delicate attention to light and shadow. Through his watercolor instruction at The Guild, Larry shares his appreciation for nature and the expressive possibilities of watercolor painting.
Rebecca Pelletier
Watercolor Instructor
Rebecca “Becky” Pelletier is a watercolor artist and founder of Vida Doce, a faith-inspired art business. After years of enjoying creative projects with her children, Becky rediscovered her love of painting and began creating original watercolors inspired by scripture, nature, and everyday beauty. Her artwork supports her family's mission work, and she brings her passion for creativity and personal expression to watercolor instruction at The Guild.
Sarah Landis
Pottery Instructor
Sarah Landis is a pottery instructor and dedicated volunteer at The Guild. She enjoys sharing her creativity through fun, hands-on pottery classes, including family-friendly workshops that introduce children and adults to working with clay. Behind the scenes, Sarah helps keep the pottery studio running smoothly by loading and unloading kilns, preparing glazes, and ensuring the studio is organized and ready for artists to create.
Charlie King
Multimedia Art Instructor
Charlie King is a multimedia artist originally from Greenville, South Carolina, who has called Rutherford County home for seven years. Inspired by his artist mother, Charlie has been creating art since childhood. He enjoys landscape painting, portrait and character drawing, and pottery, drawing much of his inspiration from the natural beauty of North Carolina.
Chasity Freeman
Fiber Arts & Knitting Instructor
Chasity Freeman discovered her love for finger knitting during the COVID era, teaching herself to create cozy blankets and pillows using chunky chenille yarn. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a passion for fiber arts. She has since expanded her interests to include hand embroidery and cross-stitching and enjoys sharing the joy of creating something beautiful by hand.
