The Rutherford County Visual Artists Guild welcomes artists who are interested in sharing their original artwork with our community. Our gallery provides opportunities for local artists to exhibit and sell their work in a welcoming, creative environment.

How to Get Started

 

Ready to share your artwork with The Guild? Complete our online Displaying Artist Application to introduce your work to our Jury Committee. We look forward to seeing your creativity!

Artist Membership Options

 

Artists whose work is accepted for display must maintain an appropriate Guild membership.

 

Contributing Artist — $60 annually

Receive 70% of artwork sales, with a commitment to volunteer 12 hours per quarter.

 

Independent Artist — $75 annually

Receive 60% of artwork sales, with no required volunteer commitment.

 

Academic Artist — $30 annually

A membership option for students, with artists receiving 60% of artwork sales.

Interested in Displaying Your Art?

 

Artwork displayed at The Guild is reviewed through our jury process to help maintain a diverse, high-quality collection of original art and fine crafts.

​

Artists interested in displaying their work are invited to complete our online Displaying Artist Application and submit photographs or PDF examples of their artwork for consideration by our Jury Committee.

Each artwork is reviewed individually, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance for gallery display. Our Jury Committee will contact applicants regarding the next steps in the review process.
